Conspiracy to commit Intra-familial child sexual offences and child
sexual offences. This case involved charges against 26 defendants and necessitated
three different trials. Our defendant successfully appealed her conviction and
sentence to the Court of Appeal who ordered a re-trial. At that re-trial the jury were
directed to return a verdict of not guilty after a successful half-time submission.
